The "new board" is meandering down the path of mediocrity that has plagued the previous decade of the Rio Linda Elverta Community Water District.

This past Friday our new Rio Linda Elverta Community Water District directors were sworn into office, ending the tenure of Mary Harris, Belinda Paine and Stephanie Seula.


Now the Rio Linda Water District is on the precipice. Will the Parks and Rec District be the last domino?
